I bought the ET-1810 printer bundle as I'm just a newbie. It came next day and set up was relatively easy. I had an issue half way through set up but these guys were very quick to respond and helped me solve the issue. I have asked a few questions after set up about printing and ICC profiles as I was a little confused. These guys gave me the answers I was looking for in plain English, no technical jargon, so I could understand. I was not made to feel stupid or that my questions were silly. They gave me the confidence to know that I can get in touch anytime and ask as many questions or ask for advice. These guys truly are the best and their customer service is outstanding.
