I bought a sublimation package from these guys, thinking it was going to be easy to start sublimating, with no prior experience. Needless to say I ran into a few issues (all my own fault). I tried everything I could from YouTube vids and suggestions from Facebook groups etc. Nothing worked.So I reached out the the Ink Experts team for some help and boy they are the experts.The team took the time to go through my setup and explained what I had mistakenly done, gave me the correct procedure and made a suggestion on the mug press I was using, stating that could be an issue because I can't adjust the pressure or heat. So I took that advice and bought a dedicated mug press. and after wasting loads of mugs and wasting time I can now finally successfully print and press my designs all because of the outstanding help and customer from the INK EXPERTS. I am impressed with the complete service I have received from start to finish and I will be back for more products in the future.
