Initially I was unable to make the product work. Out of frustration, I contacted ink factory to complain. I received a very detailed email explaining things I could try. It turned out to be a problem with my printer. The response from ink factory was polite and professional and given the general tone of the frustration expressed in my email to them, I feel that they went above and beyond to help rectify my problem.
