In fact wondering if the company is still trading.Ordered inks on Sat 24 Jan 2026Paid for uprated 2-3 working day deliveryNow 5 WORKING DAYS later no sign of inksWORST PART1) The telephone call line has been suspended and a message just says it may come back2) No reply from Ink factory to my emails requesting order/delivery update3) No communication other than order acknowledgement4) No order dispatch or mail tracking email notificationONLY A DEATHLY SILENCE FROM THE COMPANYI am now wondering have the company taken my money and run??Maybe time to have a word with my credit card company to get purchase protection activated on this transactionDefinitely not impressed
