Unfortunately first order did not arrive but was delivered to Royal Mail Depot after sending e/mail to Ink Factory this was soon put right and further order sent received within 5 days only one issues yellow ink cartridge did not work correctly following communication from Ink Factory on first none delivery I will give this supplier another go in the futurethank you
