Very mixed. Just taken possession of Canon Maxify MB5150 so I wanted to order a new set of cartridges. Fantastic price 2 for the price of 1 which is already a good price. Their sales page website states Free delivery - however they appear to place a £1.75 charge by default at the order page. Couldn't get through by phone - apparently technical difficulties. When I took a further look and scrolled down I see various options. The original claims, I believe, contravened the consumer rights. Got my money back. It's been over the Christmas period so no hard feelings. The £1.75 was not unreasonable and I would have happily paid. Otherwise - great prices - thankyou
