I am very dissatisfied with the photo magnets I received on Fri, Dec 19, 2025. I ordered 4 sets of 4 photo magnets, totaling 16. All the printed images appear darker than the originals I uploaded, and the colors lack vibrancy. Additionally, four of the magnets have white strips on the edges, and one does not match the uploaded photo. The design I created on the platform was not accurately reproduced, indicating a clear production issue. I contacted customer support directly from my email on Dec 22 and Dec 29, 2025, and again on Jan 5, 2026. I also reached out through the website on Jan 5 and Jan 8, 2026. Previously, I would receive a confirmation email stating my support query was submitted and that they aimed to respond within 24-72 working hours. However, I have not received any response, not even a confirmation for my queries in January. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. I cannot even call them as it is an international number. I am considering filing a chargeback.
