I received my photo album in August 2025 and was initially very pleased with the quality. However, I contacted Inkifi shortly afterwards because there was a large scratch down the centre of the first page. As this is a £200 wedding album meant to be cherished by my husband and me for years to come, I requested that it be repaired or replaced.
Communication was good initially, but despite this the album has still not been repaired or replaced (March 2026!). I have now emailed around 10 times and have received no response whatsoever.
The complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have previously purchased several memory frames from Inkifi, but based on this experience I would not use their services again.
I would still like this issue to be resolved and hope that someone from Inkifi will respond and put this right.
