You're sitting at the restaurant with your date, stumbling around trying to find the freaking discount, then just give up. You call them, and they relay the obscure place where it resides. You skip this joke of an ap forever until you find a 15 buck off offer for an online purchase, which naturally, at check out, is nowhere to be found. How this company stays in business is miraculous
Worked great the first couple times we used it. However, my husband and I went to a restaurant only because we had a reward for $20 that was about to expire. When we tried to pay using the app, we kept getting an error message stating that.” they are having problems connecting and to try again”. We kept trying for 30 minutes before we finally had to pay the whole amount using our cc. Customer Service is a joke when they only allow you to contact them through email responding 24-48 hours later. No phone number listed. BEWARE!!!!
It worked well several times, but it seems that getting a refund through the app is not possible. I ordered online and paid before picking up my order. However, the restaurant couldn't fulfill part of it and started a refund, which never processed through the service. The restaurant manager was very helpful in following up, but ultimately had to give me cash back. It's quite frustrating, as this should be a standard feature.
NOT user friendly. $20 off our meal DID NOT WORK at Dogwoods Tavern. In fact, the app double-charged us for our meals, instead. The amount of time spent trying to get the app to work properly—if that’s possible—is not worth anywhere near the $20 discount. BEWARE—Do Not Use!
There was a $50 toward Restaurant purchase credit, if one made a reservation, which I wanted to do.Stupidly and lying the entire time – – after getting my phone number and email, it said I had to download their appGod, I hate being lied to and misled to download apps. I canceled everything.Just be honest and do not miss lead people to downloading their information so you can sell them ads. It’s time to stop all of this crap.
After using an offer for $50 off $150 at Ophelia restaurant in NYC, inkind used every excuse possible not to honor the offer. All were ludicrous and insult my intelligence: my bank has not approved the transaction; I have a new address; there was a typo in my card number; they reached out to American Express and found out there was a problem with the payment (I do not have AMEX). All in all, a waste of much time and energy to deal with people who acted in bad faith. Why isn't there a Zero Star option? One star is one star too many for this sorry excuse for an App
The best ever! Have used this App at least 10 times and everything went perfect! also, there are restaurants are all great and seem to be higher end. I don’t understand reviews that say this app is a scam. It’s far from being a scam would highly recommend to anyone.
Company offering funding to restaurants goes as far as approving, then negates due to partial revenue disclosed, after a month of back and forth. I call a BLUFF on this and the fact they have John Kunkel from 50 eggs on their page...
