UPDATED REVIEW... 02/20/2023They did provide a return label and finally issued a full refund, but I had to go through the hassle of waiting in line at the post office, so I was not pleased that I was put in this position. They should not have send me ink almost ready to expire when I could have purchased it for almost the same price from Sams Club. Just glad the ordeal is finished.BUYER BEWARE!!! I spent $85 on ink cartridges and received cartridges that expire 1 month after receiving them!!! Yeah, they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but it requires that I deal with the hassle of waiting in line at the PO to do the return. I requested a UPS or FEDex return label, which is much easier but they refused. They also refused to come and pick it up.They absolutely refuse to send replacements until they receive the outdated ones back. I was already out of ink when I ordered these, so that's not an option for me! Almost all other companies send you a replacement first and give you a reasonable time period to return the defective merchandise. These guys are sneaky, deceptive and unethical!!! They wouldn't even escalate my phone call. Then I read their reviews (shame on me for not doing so first) only to discover I'm not the first one to be deceived!BUYER BEWARE!!!
