I have been a customer of Inkle for the last 6-8 months through YC and they screwed up every single thing for our account from beginning till now. had signed up for book keeping and annual filings. However, they didn't even start on the book keeping for the first 2 months. Once they did start book keeping, they would delay completion of the books, stay silent without communication etc. They also missed the 1099 filing deadlines. After all the issues, they agreed to refund the amount already paid to them so that I can transition to a different firm. However, they haven't been processing the refund now and are avoiding replies to my messages. Please save yourself the trouble and go with a proven accounting/CPA firm that has a long history. Inkle is a new player and they keep saying they will learn and improve. But, they do this "ïmprovement" at your expense and you have to deal with the consequences of their bad service.update on 17th March 2025: now they have messed u p delware franchise tax, i'm getting $50 penalty for each failed payment and payments failed twice now and i'm getting notices from Delaware on the failed paymentupdate on 24th April 2025: I'm getting multiple messages from the founder of Inkle to modify my review. However, I won't modify as I don't want other founders to go through the same horrible experience I went through and I want Inkle to stop taking their customers for granted.
