Have been totally staggered this morning with Innofinity. I sent of my IPAD 11 generation 2025 iPad on Monday - although they provided a prepaid Royal Mail address label, I chose to send using Royal Mail signed for ‘next day’ mainly due to the insurance of it if lost in transit. That only cost me Gbp 11.25. Yesterday (Tuesday I received an email saying iPad arrived, however later had a second email suggesting that their was o/s finance on the iPad and that their offer of 200 quid revised downwards to 120 quid. I only saw that email this morning at around 8.25 and responded asking for it to be returned and advising I had bought the iPad outright from John Lewis. Within no more that 5 minutes I has a message from ‘Mike’ asking if I could provide evidence of my purchase and suggested in doing so the full 200 quid could be processed. I followed up and at around 9.05 this morning - just 40 minutes after my initial email - the FULL 200 quid hit my hsbc bank account ! What a flipping good service from Innofinity - well impressed - and wanted other members of the public to know how good they are in all aspects. Good on you guys and gals ! Thanks Mark B
