I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I initially purchased a product without realizing it automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. As soon as I noticed, I contacted customer service to cancel it. I was told it was taken care of, but instead of canceling, they only paused the subscription without my knowledge.
Four months later, I was unexpectedly charged $67 and another product was shipped—without any prior notice. To make matters worse, the package was sent to an old address where I no longer live.
I’ve reached out multiple times to request a refund and have spoken with three different customer service representatives. Despite having all the documentation and conversations saved, my refund request has still not been resolved.
This feels very misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious—what they call a “cancellation” may not actually cancel anything, and getting support or a refund has been extremely difficult.
