During checkout, several last-minute “special offers” popped up — things like *“get 6 months for the price of 3”*. The problem is, the site doesn’t clearly show the new total before finalizing the purchase. In the UK, you’d expect to see the updated amount before confirming payment. To my surprise, clicking the offer immediately processed a $449 order instead of the $130 I expected. My heart sank. Misleading might be too strong a word, but it certainly wasn’t transparent.**Delivery & Customer Service:**When my order arrived, I noticed several items were missing, and the flavour options I selected were wrong.
