Appalling customer service. This company is an absolute train wreck. I was a customer until October last year and I'm still in the process of wrapping this mess up. They were months too late with the final invoice. It was also missing a cash back. I contacted them about this. Per phone. Per e-mail. Multiple times. I sent them a notarized letter. Nothing. Just crickets in the distance. Meanwhile they were sending me reminders, then threats of collection agencies etc. Months pass and I receive a letter from a collection agency. They want to collect for this circus. I sent Innova one more very detailed letter about the mess they've created and I get a 2 line e-mail back. "We've paid you this cashback (Which wasn't the right amount, or labeled as a cashback), so you need to pay the invoice. Contact the collection agency for paying the invoice.Basically, what Innova is saying is: We don't care about you as a customer at all. We don't care that you've been trying to reach us in multiple ways for months. We don't care that we created a huge confusing mess. You are here for one thing, and one thing only, and that is to pay us money. I'd pay significant amounts of money to not have to deal with any company with customer service this bad again.
