I´ve been reached by consumind on 10/09/22 to change energie supplier and they offered me a fixed monthly payment of 93 euros and you charging me 287 euros. I´ve agreed because I´m payment 150 euros per month on my current energy supplier. The guy from Consumind said that the amount could change because you take the last 3 years history from the house consume but he also told me if that happens I can call Innova and you will fix back to the fixed amount and that I have 14 days reflexion period. I sent an message asking about that on 20/09/2022 and you took 7 days to asnwer me. In the e-mail you told me I can only reduce the amount in 15%, so I answer right away that I would like to cancel this agreement because you are not able to keep your word in the agreement. I called the Innova customer support today and I talked to a completely changed and impolite lady who was rude to me and treated me in a very nasty manner and hung up the phone while i was talking to her to try to resolve this situation. I would like to know how this is going to be solved, because I´m getting very stressed about that, and taking me a lot of time and energy and also this is affecting me mentally.
