I purchased a jacket Oct 27 for this website. Today is December 4th! If I can help anyone out, do NOT order from this company and here’s several reasons why. Number 1: you will never receive your package. Number 2: they do not use credible shipping companies like UPS FedEx, United States Postal Service. They use third-party very incompetent very scamming shipping companies who will never deliver your package and who will never respond to your query.Number 3: when you reach out to customer service, they’re going to give you an option to only give you a partial refund thankfully, I don’t play those games and I went directly through my credit card company and disputed the charge. They then responded to me and said that they were refunding me my money after they got the notification of the dispute from my credit card company. Number 4: not only is this company not remorseful for their poor shipping company partnership they have poor customer service themselves and they take days if not weeks to respond to your inquiries. Save yourself a headache and order from somewhere else
