After receiving the ordered item, I wanted to return it and that was not possible for refund according to Innovare. I left a negative review and was then contact by customer support team to resolve my dissatisfaction. An offer was made to me and I needed some time to consider. When I decided to accept, the customer support completely ignored the offer and their response was "We accept Returns for Gift Card or Exchanges within 7 business days from the date of delivery." Innovare provides low quality products, their returns policy is rigid without the possibility of refund, and their business model is a scam. I do not recommend spending your money with Innovare.
