my review is based entirely on their customer service , because I did not receive my item. I Purchased a dress from this company based on the T&Cs of the website stating it would be shipped between 5-8 working days. on the 8th day , I realised I hadn't received an email stating it had been shipped. so I emailed them to ask what was going on as I needed this item for a trip on the 12th. they fed me some nonsense about how I chose " a very popular item" and that everything is made to measure , and if I wanted it in time , I could pay an extra $45 to get it in time. I told them that this was unacceptable , & I wanted a full refund. and i went straight to my bank because the demand for more money made this company feel like a scam. they emailed me to say they received my charge back , and offered me either 110% gift card, or 70% refund. I told them no to both. they breached the T&CS , and owed me the full amount. this was not up for discussion. they have agreed to refund me in full , but that has not been done as yet, and I will keep you up to date on that .But from my experience, I would not trust this company.
