I bought a dress from this company and the photos were misleading — the model wore sleeves that looked like part of the dress, but the dress arrived sleeveless. I was away on holiday so contacted them as soon as I returned, yet they refused a proper refund and demanded to keep 25% as a “restocking fee.” On top of that, they expected me to pay the return postage and packaging myself.This isn’t about being late, it’s about selling an item not as described. Completely unfair and against consumer rights — I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards. Shoppers, beware.
