DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.I placed an order and they then emailed saying the item is out of stock with no eta on restock. They offered and exchange for a different item or a gift card. I asked for a refund to my original payment method. They then offered a 110% of my purchase on a gift card OR "70% refund to your original payment method and another 35% refund in the form of a gift card for future use.".I have now been going back and forth with them (and what seems to be an AI bot replying nonsense to my emails) and still no sign of a refund. They advising if I continue with my "cancellation" I can get 95% back as they need to charge a 5% processing fee. So now they are blaming me for them not being able to fulfill an order with an item displayed on their wesbite. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY.
