My wife ordered a dress from this company and the dress came in and was not as described. So she reached out to initiate a refund for this dress and they will not honor a refund. They will only provide a gift card for the amount of the purchase. The company doesn't have a true return policy, it is more of a forced exchange policy. Will absolutely never do business with them in the future because they clearly value getting every dollar they can and holding on to it versus any type of customer service/loyalty. Congratulations you sold me a $200 dress and you'll never make another dollar off of me.
