I placed an order on 30 September 2025 for 2 black dresses, delivery to the UK (not pre order) and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered.I have contacted them twice now re ‘where is my order?’ And have only received AI automated replies containing no useful or helpful information. There is no contact telephone number and clearly no human replying to customer enquiries whatsoever!! How on earth are you supposed to find out where your order is or gain a refund??
