Worst experience ever!! I bought a dress for my civil wedding, which was supposed to be delivered on September the 25th. After waiting for a couple of weeks I asked my freight forwarder about the tracking and they realized I haven’t received it because it was delivered to another address. I tried contacting InnovareDenim so many times, and still have no response of what are they willing to do in that case. I reached the delivery company, named Caniao Logistics, they said that the person delivered my package to a wrong address by mistake and that they would help me. It’s been the 4th time I reach them, also today, I’ve been told they were going to send me an e-mail with a solution and still haven’t gotten it.Neither InnovareDenim nor Caniao have helped me out, I truly don’t recommend to buy from them. So sad because they have such beautiful pieces, but the whole experience has been a nightmare and now I have nothing to wear on my special day.
