I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from Innovaredenim!!!I cancelled my order within the company’s stated 2-hour free cancellation period by email, but they ignored the cancellation and shipped the parcel anyway. The delivery was left at my address without my authorisation or signature, even though I had clearly cancelled in time.When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and only offered an exchange or gift card, which is completely illegal under EU consumer law! According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and national regulations (e.g. BGB §§312g, 355 ff.), consumers have the unconditional right to withdraw from a distance sale and receive a full refund to the original payment method. A company is also required to provide a return label if the goods were wrongfully delivered.My friend ordered 2 dresses and the product quality was very very poor disappointing and honestly worse than SHEIN or Temu!!It feels like a trap: they advertise “easy cancellation,” but once you try it, they simply ignore it and make it nearly impossible to get your money back.I have kept all proof of my cancellation (emails, delivery records etc.) and will report this company to the European Consumer Centre and the Verbraucherzentrale for violating consumer-protection laws.
