Absolute horrible customer experience, and only a mediocre product. I ordered a jumpsuit from them on Oct 3rd and it arrived on Nov 3rd - one full month later. At that point I was in business travel and didn’t arrive home until after it had been delivered. I immediately tried it on and although I ordered the smallest size they offered, I realized the item swallowed me whole and the finishing on the top of the jumpsuit didn’t even line up, so I attempted to return the item. Because I was now outside of their 7-day return request window (by 6 days), they would not allow a return. They offered a few partial credit options, including getting it altered on my dime or gifting it to a friend and giving me a credit at 60% of the value for another poor quality item from them. Let me get this straight - you can take 30 days to get it to me but I only have 7 to decide if I want to keep it? And for goodness sakes if you have a life, you have no idea when their item will arrive, you travel somewhat frequently, and happen to not be home to immediately try on their item within their schedule and make an immediate decision, it will be yours forever. So, unless you want to keep an item sight and fit unseen and put it in your closet a month after ordering it, I would not recommend doing business with this company.
