Extremely Disappointed with InnovaredenimMy experience with Innovaredenim was terrible. The dress I received looked nothing like the photo online. It was made from cheap, flimsy fabric, the fit was awful – way too short and gaping in the back – and it was completely unwearable. To make matters worse, their return policy is incredibly frustrating. They don’t offer refunds, only a 110% store credit, which I have no interest in using. This feels like one of those low-quality drop-shipping operations, possibly based in China. I honestly don’t understand all the positive reviews – it makes me question their authenticity. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. Total waste of time and money.
