The profile was popping everywhere on my Instagram and I’ve ordered two dresses. When order was placed, no estimated waiting time or “made to order” was written, so I assumed it’s like any other online shop. 10 days later no any email - order sent was received or order accepted, only the initial email about the payment. I started thinking it’s a scam and did a research and sent them an email. They replied that all dresses are made to order, then they have to pass quality check and only then they will ship them. Another email and they told me one of the dresses is ready still another one perhaps mid August. If your shipping time is 3-4 weeks and it’s made upon order, you need to emphasize this. People are going on vacation that’s why they shop, I don’t need dress end of August when season ends. So no idea where dresses are - no tracking number no transparency, very dodgy. Trying to refund but let’s see if they’ll do it. Not ordering again!
