I received a response almost immediately after posting my review, we came to a solution, I was offered 3 options, I chose the most attractive one for me, a discount on a next purchase, but it remains difficult that you don't get a refund. NEVER order here, products don't seem to be, the quality sucks, it's cheap junk, you won't get your money back, it's a big fake site, this has to stop!!!
