This is the first order I placed with Innovare Denim. My parcel was not delivered so, I reached out to customer services by email. I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the delivery service. The delivery service told me that Innovare Denim needed to report the parcel as lost, make a claim directly with them and to issue me a refund directly. When I explained this to Innovare Denim, the same advice was repeated which was ‘Could you let your local post office help you to investigate the lost parcel? If they can not find the lost parcel, our advice is you can make a compensation request from them.’ After days of trying to get a refund for this order, Innovare Denim said ‘ we are willing to apply for 50% of the money to refund you as compensation. Or offer a gift card at the value of the item to compensate you and you can use it on our site to reorder later.’. I explained that I am disappointed I have wasted money on something I haven’t received and only being offered a 50% refund. Not worth the hassle.
