When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed: the quality was awful, nowhere near worth the price I paid.I immediately contacted customer service to request a return, but it was impossible. They only offered a gift voucher, but what’s the point of a voucher if the product quality is so bad?Returning the dress didn’t make sense either, as the shipping cost from Italy was almost half the value of the order. In the end, I’m stuck with a poorly made dress and no way to get my money back.Don’t shop here! The quality is comparable to Shein, but the prices are outrageously high. A total disappointment.
