They don’t inform you in advance of how much time it will take to be shipped. In my case, it took 1,5 months for just a pair of jeans. I requested change of adress in a timely manner (within 7 days after I ordered) and they confirmed it. After a few days I got back to them for the same reason just to make sure they would deliver it in the right place. They ended up sending it in the wrong location causing me to pay quite a lot extra money to receive it. For their prices, I expected better service and more professional.
