I ordered a jacket on October 27, and here we are on December 4! If I can help anyone, do NOT order from this company for several reasons. First, you will likely never receive your package. Second, they use unreliable shipping companies that don’t deliver and don’t respond to inquiries. Third, when contacting customer service, they may only offer a partial refund. Thankfully, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they eventually agreed to refund me after being notified. Lastly, their customer service is poor, taking days or weeks to respond. Save yourself the trouble and order from elsewhere.
