I strongly advise against using this service. I never received my order after paying 850 AED for a dress. When I reached out for help, they told me to contact the shipping company for tracking instead of taking responsibility themselves. Living in a place where shipping is straightforward, I found their lack of professionalism and experience frustrating. In the end, I lost 850 AED with no product to show for it!
