This company is selling items that look nothing like the photos. I ordered a two-piece outfit and received a cheap, badly made dress with awful fabric and terrible finishing. It is nowhere near worth £112. The quality is shocking.
What’s worse is their behaviour after the sale. I have been trying for 4 days to return it within my legal return period, and they refuse to provide a return address. They keep pushing gift cards instead of honouring a refund and are clearly trying to delay until the return window expires.
This feels like deliberate misrepresentation and obstruction of consumer rights. Avoid unless you want a fight to get your money back.
