I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this website.
Their website clearly states that orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, free of charge. I sent a cancellation email within one hour of placing my order, fully complying with their policy.
Despite this, I received no response for over 30 hours. Only after this long delay did they reply saying that my order was already in the “final stages” and could not be cancelled. This processing clearly happened after my valid cancellation request, and the delay was entirely on their side.
Refusing a cancellation that was requested on time — simply because the company failed to respond — is unacceptable and misleading. I have screenshots of:

After further checking social media, I found multiple similar complaints, which makes this experience even more concerning.
I would advise never order from this website. Always report to your bank when you deal with such scammers
