One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. The shipping took forever and when it did arrive the quality was awful. The fit was not flattering and the fabric was cheap especially for the price they charge.
I was given a runaround when trying to return. I was required to send a picture before they would even communicate their decision and when I sent a pedicure of the item in perfect condition with tags attached,I was told that their policy is gift card or store credit. That felt like a waste of time since they were only going to offer store credit anyway. So now I’m stuck with a $200 skirt that looks terrible on me and is scratchy material to wear.
