I called today, and after about 3 months of absolutely no help, Saul answered the phone. His customer service was exemplary and he spent a couple of hours with me trying to get everything sorted. Even contacting anyone he could think of to get the documents provided. By the end of the conversation my solicitor was provided with all the documents needed. 3 months+ dealing with everyone at First Port and 2 hours with Saul Wootton had the job done. Saul, you will always have my thanks.
