UPDATE…. I spent three hour trying yesterday todo a live chat. I was 2 in the que for quite a long time then got to 1 in the que. after a VERY long wait I got a message in the queue that it was not available any longer. Sorry, we are not online at the moment. Seriously, I hate this product and their “customer service” (which is non existent).
I hate the program. It isn't easy to navigate. Paid too much money for all the aggravation. I do not find it simple to navigate. Even something as simple as using I hae to sign in each time. trying to print borderless pictures is a nightmare. Once I am done, I can't get rid of the picture showing up like I still want to edit it.
My previous photo editor was Picasa. Simple and easy to use. 4 days now and I still can't get the basics. Too many options for a simple everyday person who just wants to occasionally print a picture either in color or black and white.
