It’s definitely not the same quality of service as in Poland. Packages delayed, no information. Website for package ordering not working properly. Claimed 2 orders which I paid, money gone, no answer from InPost. When you call customer service it seems a joke. Some girl sitting in a bar, at least the noise around made me feel like this, knows nothing and says I am sorry I don’t know. I give a 3 cause InPost services in Poland are amazing. But in Spain a disaster
