Saraf furnitureI have been waiting for my furniture order #611822133 for the last two months with no light at the end of the tunnel.You can only reach the customer care, who at every opportunity revise the delivery time lines upwards...I am pretty sure that the company can be considered a fraud only on the basis of the way they treat their customers ( I have read about similar issues faced by other customers) no matter the quality of the product..I have lodged a complaint in the consumer court and plan to take legal action.The company is a good lesson on how one will be lured to online frauds in the future by big market players through attractive adds and product phographs on the website. Peutric experience...However would like to thank Saraf furniture for the lesson on online fraud....
