Dear Team, This mail is regarding my order #INSF341572133 which was placed on 24th November 2020. I was promised that the order will be shipped in 10 days. This was supposed to be arriving before my wedding on 11th December. The order is wedding gift from my parents. I trusted the brand and ordered. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my order. Your team is just promising me false dates. I am TIRED OF FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR TEAM ON CALLS AND WHATSAPP. This wedding gift was supposed to be given to me BEFORE MY WEDDING AS PER MY FAMILY’S TRADITIONS. This was mentioned everytime I had a word with your team. I must say, you guys are really thick skinned! I have read your reviews on Facebook and I should have read them before placing an order and trusting your brand. Your service is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Your team is saying they cannot cancel the order. Neither you’re fulfilling nor you’re cancelling! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! I NEED AN URGENT UPDATE ON MY ORDER else I am going to take up the case legally in consumer court for fraud.
