This platform is incredibly frustrating and not worth the high monthly fee. After months of trying to navigate the system, I realized it is not suitable for individual agents. I was unaware that I had two separate websites until my broker discovered the misleading setup, which could have led to serious issues. Despite multiple requests to exit my contract due to compliance concerns, they refused and instead tried to extend my contract at a discounted rate. Customer service has been unresponsive and disorganized, often relying on automated messages instead of addressing real issues. This company's practices are unethical and hostile to its clients. I strongly advise single agents to avoid this service.
