I cannot recommend this service due to the poor quality of leads. After a lengthy contract and significant investment, I closed only one deal. When my broker opted not to renew, they abruptly cut off my access without warning and are now trying to charge me for leads I already paid for. This feels unethical. I urge agents to avoid wasting their resources on this service.
