The rep finally realized that the problem with my website (broken links!!) is a problem on the inside real estate side. Rep says level two support will contact me “soon.” Five days later, and multiple messages via email and online chat — no level 2 help or correction. Level two support has never contacted me. USE ANOTHER SERVICE.
