This is the second time I have used Insight Guides to sort out my itinerary. First to Sri Lanka and recently (February 2020) to Vietnam. The itinerary was great and while I was planning it, there was room for change and modification. Nothing was a problem. I would recommend them to people who have no real idea of the country they are visiting and need some guidance. There was always an alternative or other options so one didn't feel you were just given an itinerary that wasn't flexible. The guides we had were all excellent. Good job Insight Guides.
