I paid a hefty deposit to this firm for urgent assistance, but once the payment was made, communication vanished. They stopped responding and provided no updates, leaving me without the promised support. They seem to exploit those already in distress, adding to my stress instead of alleviating it. I would not recommend them at all—look for more trustworthy professionals.
