Please DO NOT USE Inspector Hawkeye for your building inspection as Luke isn't professional and highly unethical. He did not inspect the property properly. He came across very friendly but his reports do not have any pictures attached. When we confronted him, he started name calling, racist remarks and very unprofessional. I've to get another Building Inspector report done with find the property I've purchased have major defects and compared to Luke report was completed different. Not sure if Luke physically in the property when performing the report.I've informed the Real Estate agent, lawyer and other inspectors about Inspector Hawkeye service and show them the text messages Luke sent. For those have given Luke a five stars and I would suggest you to have another Building Inspection done and compare them.I would highly NOT recommend anyone to use them. There are many other Building Inspectors out there that are honest and ethical.
