I feel like I wasted a lot of money! I was charged the same amount as a large home for a small two bedroom apartment. The report was so basic, generic answers and nothing specific to the inspected property. The team were nice, prompt and great at responding but overall disappointed with the inspection. Maybe I should have asked more questions to make my expectations aligned with what they do but I was in rush to get it done and this was my first time needing this service so wasn’t sure what to ask. However since that time, and speaking to friends who have had similar reports for hundreds of dollars less and better more detailed reports.It gave me no reassurance, and feel I wasted my money.Please get quotes and sample of report to check you are happy before going ahead.
