Luke has a very professional approach and has a standardised and easy to read reporting process. Luke was happy to chat post the inspection to clarify some of the items mentioned in his report. We also found being at the property at the same time as the inspection great as we could talk through his observations at the time.I would definitely engage Luke again if we needed an building/pest inspector.
